  • The Institute was established from the academic year 2009-10 with two courses 1) DECE 2) DCME. 
  • The Institute has AICTE approval from 2009-10 to 2016-17 for all the academic years. 
  • The AICTE Permanent id is 1-475006541. AICTE approval is accorded for 2 courses i.e. DECE, DCME. 
  • The Institute TAN is HYDG10092F. 
  • The Institute has 5 Acres of land in Addanki and with NABARD assistance under RIDF XIX got a sanction of Rupees 751.70 Lakhs for construction of buildings and procurement of equipment and furniture. 
  • New Building was inaugurated by Hon'ble IT Minister Sri Nara Lokesh garu and Sri Gottipati Ravi Kumar MLA Addanki constituency on 02/08/2017.
  • Our institute is conducting POLYCET since 2013 and acting as Help Line Center(HLC) for helping students in applying POLYCET.
  • POLYCET examination will be conducted in different centers in Addanki for the benefit of the rural students in and around Addanki. 
  • The institute has internet facility of 10 Mbps from BSNL under NME scheme& 100 Mbps from AP Fiber Net . 
  • The Institute is provided with wi-fi connectivity.
  • The institute is regularly sending data to AISHE. 
  • The institute maintains a PD account with the state Government Treasury for all the Non-Govt. deposits with up-to-date reconciliation.

  • Starting of e-locker & uploading of all the important data of our institute as a winrar file in drive.google.com and all the original documents of the institute are kept in box file and soft copy in mail. 
  • Awareness on Digital Lockers & e-signature facility as a part of Digital India to all staff. 
  • Starting of extra class work to identified backlog students who have left the institution to clear the backlog subjects. 
  • Preparation of lab manuals in DECE & DCME courses including Physics,Chemistry and in English subjects by the individual staff. 
  • Downloading of student's allotment order,self-joining reports,diploma examination fee payment,e-pass online services to students free of cost. 
  • A separate register named "Institute Assets Register" is maintained to record, protect and to maintain the Assets of the Institute. 
  • We coduct Swachha Bharath - Swachha Andhra Pradesh on every 4th week saturday of the month. 
  • Human Values - We have a dynamic Staff club. 
  • We greet the staff celebrating his/her Birthday with a Bouquet and the staff reciprocates with a treat to all the staff on his Birthday. we also attend all the celebrations of our beloved staff with a presentation from the staff club.
